The Importance of Community

Right at Home Skokie is committed to being an integral and active member of our community. As an in-home care provider, we understand seniors' connections and relationships are key to living vital lives as they age. Likewise, we know as a company that having strong connections and relationships in the community is key to ensuring seniors get the resources, education, and care they need.

Helping Protect Seniors and Those Who Serve Them

Right at Home is proud to sponsor the installation of plexiglass counter shields throughout the North Shore Senior Center campus. Isolation and loneliness were pre-existing public health risks for our senior population prior to the onset of the global coronavirus pandemic, and have been exacerbated by current circumstances. The programming and opportunities presented by the North Shore Senior Center have long been a beacon of hope, friendship, and camaraderie for residents of the North Shore, and Right at Home could not be happier to assist with the Center's safe re-opening efforts.

Raising Funds and Awareness for Alzheimer's Care, Support, and Research

Right at Home Chicago is proud to provide direct support, resources, hands-on training, and education to individuals, families, and care professionals battling Alzheimer's disease. As providers of Right at Home's Cognitive Support Program, we provide the highest level of training to care team members, family caregivers, and health care professionals, as well as world-class care to individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's and other dementias.

The Longest Day LogoSupporting the fight through fundraising efforts is part of our mission to Improve the Quality of Life for Those We Serve. "The Longest Day" is the day with the most light — the summer solstice. And it's the day the Alzheimer's Association calls on everyone to fight Alzheimer's disease by raising funds and awareness for care, support and research.

To help advance Alzheimer's care, support and research, please consider Donating to the Alzheimer's Association's "The Longest Day" events.
