Here at Right at Home, we're dedicated to being much more than a franchise company. We are the navigator of what comes next for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our mission has always been to improve the quality of life for those we serve. That means it's always about the people we serve, and our dedicated local owners and their professional teams work tirelessly to care for clients. Though we make sure our franchises live and breathe our mission every day, we recognize that it starts with our corporate team.
These are the people who work behind the scenes to bring you and your loved ones the highest caliber of in‑home care.

Deanna has been with Right at Home since August 2019; she dedicated three years as a caregiver. As a caregiver, Deanna set a goal to graduate from a Certified Medical Assistant Program to further her career. She was able to accomplish her objective while still being committed to her Right at Home clients. As a CMA, Deanna was looking for a calm, welcoming, well-managed work environment. So joined Right at Home in the office!
Deanna shares, “As humans, we are constantly learning, therefore I try to learn as much as I can”. Most of Deanna’s previous roles consisted of caregiving in facilities. It gives her great pleasure to say she was able to make a difference in many of her clients’ lives. She says, “It will always be in my nature to help others live a healthy, blissful life.”
Since transitioning into the role of Care Manager with Right at Home I have genuinely enjoyed engaging in person with both current and prospective clients of our RAH family. You build a vested interest in the quality of their lives. One is compelled to help sort and stack the necessary pieces to be a part of the team helping to ensure our seniors are properly cared for.
I find myself enthralled in the personal stories our clients so graciously share with me. I feel honored to share in this part of their journey.
Sharon came to the Right at Home Team after many years of providing services in Long Term Care Facilities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human services from Prescott College and an Assisted Living Administrator License. Starting as a 15-year-old, after school, she helped people that returned home from the hospital. Then as her career progressed: working as an Activity Director, Admissions and Marketing Director, Social Services/Discharge Planner in various continuing care retirement communities.
In her spare time, she can often be found at live music events dancing, or playing and singing with a choir, on the local radio station with her guitar or ukulele. Playing sports such as pickleball, pool and especially ping pong! Swimming and gardening are other passions, anything with flowers and fruit trees. In the summer, making homemade jams and tarts is a specialty. Sewing and crafts are another favorite pastime, making clothes for the little ones in the family.
She is also often spending time out in nature walking with her two favorite Australian Shepherds, ‘Finn’, and ‘Bree’.
“It has been my calling and deepest source of personal satisfaction to be a patient advocate, helping those in need to get quality care and assure their safety in a home or facility setting. I love meeting people and connecting on a personal level.”
