Our People
Here at Right at Home, we're dedicated to being much more than a franchise company. We are the navigator of what comes next for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our mission has always been to improve the quality of life for those we serve. That means it's always about the people we serve, and our dedicated local owners and their professional teams work tirelessly to care for clients. Though we make sure our franchises live and breathe our mission every day, we recognize that it starts with our corporate team.
These are the people who work behind the scenes to bring you and your loved ones the highest caliber of in‑home care.

Deanna Lopez
Scheduler
Deanna has been with Right at Home since August 2019; she dedicated three years as a caregiver. As a caregiver, Deanna set a goal to graduate from a Certified Medical Assistant Program to further her career. She was able to accomplish her objective while still being committed to her Right at Home clients. As a CMA, Deanna was looking for a calm, welcoming, well-managed work environment. So joined Right at Home in the office!
Deanna shares, “As humans, we are constantly learning, therefore I try to learn as much as I can”. Most of Deanna’s previous roles consisted of caregiving in facilities. It gives her great pleasure to say she was able to make a difference in many of her clients’ lives. She says, “It will always be in my nature to help others live a healthy, blissful life.”

Monica Carnahan
Scheduler
Monica spent a few years before college working as a CNA in Monterey CA. and Fort Collins CO. That’s where she learned how much something as simple as a smile can mean.
She is a born traveler, spending much of her younger years exploring our beautiful United States and beyond.
She fell in love early on with all things four legged and furry! Monica has worked in all parts of animal rescue. Volunteering for everything from clean up duty to bottle feeding babies of all kinds! She managed a rescue for several years as well.
Monica returned to working for our elderly population with Right at Home. First in the field for a short time and now in the front office. Working from the office she feels she can connect with so many more people and have a greater impact on their daily lives. She already has a few “favorite” clients that just make her day brighter when they call.

Dianne Curtis
Care Manager
Dianne has been a Caregiver for the past five years, and was pleased to accept a position as a Care Manager with Right at Home. She has worked in a varied career path that has included providing dental care as a Dental Hygienist, teaching in the Dental Health program at Chabot Junior College, and working with children on the autism spectrum through Easter Seals. Dianne studied Health Education and obtained a Masters Degree in Special Education from San Francisco State University.
Dianne thoroughly enjoys her role as a Care Manager. It is a pleasure meeting clients and their families and being able to assist with their individual care needs. I enjoy introducing clients to our Caregivers and seeing the benefits that in home care provides in maintaining quality of life for seniors. Dianne has a passion for safety and fall prevention, to keep seniors safe at home.
