Every business is only as good as their people. Right at Home South Bend is proud to have an unparalleled team of professionals in the office, and the most compassionate, highly-trained caregivers in the field. Our team's focus is on caring . . . caring for our clients, caring for our caregivers, and caring for our community. Our highly selective hiring process is only the beginning for members of our care team, with individual mentoring, intensive monthly training opportunities, and robust benefits and advancement opportunities. This level of professionalism shows in the high quality, individualized care we provide our clients, and the collaboration and support we provide our partners in the community. We live and breathe our mission each and every day, with the goal of helping our clients navigate their life journeys..
"To Improve the Quality of Life for Those We Serve"
Jon & Katrina Lawson | Owners

Jon and Katrina Lawson opened a Right at Home office to serve the South Bend area after feeling a calling to more meaningfully improve people's lives. Jon graduated from Notre Dame Law School. As an attorney, he represented many clients in the medical field. Despite enjoying the practice of law, Jon felt he wanted to directly support people individually and help improve their lives in more meaningful ways.
Helping seniors remain and thrive in their homes struck a chord with Jon and Katrina. Both of their grandparents received loving and supportive in-home care that improved their grandparents’ longevity and quality of life. Jon and Katrina are proud and excited to bring Right at Home to the area and provide peace of mind to local seniors and their family members.
