Brian Bollum - Operations Manager
Brian is the Operations Manager for the Right at Home Valley Oaks Office, providing a broad array of operational experience. He has a business degree from Sacramento State University, and his background includes positions in sales, real estate, and business operations. He is our long-term care insurance expert and provides valuable insight for improving office efficiency utilizing ClearCare and other computer-based solutions. He loves relationship-building, and his position offers him the opportunity to meet seniors that he would not have contact with otherwise. He believes learning is a life-long journey, so he is always up for a challenge and willing to learn new skills.
In his free time, he enjoys travel, especially spending time in Lake Tahoe for snowboarding, wakeboarding, golfing, and other outdoor activities.
Destiny Rodriguez - Scheduling Coordinator
Destiny is the newest member of our team ans serves as the Scheduling Coordinator. She has 19 years of experience in caregiving in various settings, including caring for seniors, people with disabilities, and as part of the NASA Health Unit assisting astronauts upon returning from missions. She is also skilled in sign language.
She grew up in Southern California and loves spending time with her daughter, the ocean (especially sharks), amusement parks, and watching her daughter's theater performances.
