About Our Local Office
Right at Home of Southern New Hampshire is locally owned and operated by Rich and Janet Sullivan of Windham. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for your loved one by enabling them to remain independent and active in their own home. We deliver on this commitment by providing the highest quality in-home care and assistance from our compassionate and professionally trained caregivers.
We know firsthand how difficult it is to coordinate care for an aging parent living alone in another state or how important it is for your loved one to age with pride and dignity in their own home. We’ve witnessed the emotional and physical toll on relatives and friends after years of caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and cancer within our own families. Together with our desire to make a difference in people’s lives, experiencing the extraordinary benefits of home care for family members firsthand convinced us to open Right at Home of Southern New Hampshire.

Monique Miseirvitch, Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager
Monique Miseirvitch graduated from St. Joseph’s School of Nursing in Nashua, New Hampshire with Honors as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 1995. A decade later, she graduated again from the same school and became a Registered Nurse in 2016. Miseirvitch is currently pursuing her certification to practice as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and specialized in geriatrics.
Miseirvitch joined Right at Home Southern New Hampshire with over 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her areas of expertise include medical-surgical nursing, IPCU, rehabilitation, CLC, ICU, Hospice, long-term care, Alzheimer’s care and home care. Her extensive experience strengthened her assessment skills, which are essential to determining necessary care for disabled and older adults.
“I was first exposed to home care services when my mother fell ill. At home care offers more than flexibility, it is also a humbling experience,” says Miseirvitch. “Four months after my mother’s passing, my father also fell ill. As I had already experienced the benefits of in-home care, I knew that would be the best choice for my dad too. It also became clear to me then that I wanted to pursue a career in the home care industry.”
As the Nurse Manager, Miseirvitch is responsible for interviewing, hiring and training all the care staff members; matching the right aide with the right client; overseeing and managing client cases; and conducting home visits as needs arise. She is also a certified advocate for the Alzheimer’s Association.
