Right at Home Foxboro celebrates Ines Andrade-Soares, the 2021 Northeast Region Caregiver of the Year! Ines embodies our mission of
"Improving the quality of life for those we serve,"
by providing quality, consistent, and compassionate care. She sees her clients as her own family, and provides incredible care to the seniors she serves. Ines started her caregiving career by providing in home care for her grandparents, and discovered her passion for caregiving. Even though she is being recognized as the Northeast Regional Caregiver of the Year, she insists that this award is a team effort, and credits her success as a caregiver to the entire team. Ines Andrade-Soares does everything with her heart and it shows.
"What we've noticed about Ines, is that it's not just a job, it's definitely a passion. We have a lot of great caregivers, but with Ines you can tell that she really does want to take care of that client to the best of her ability because that's the most important thing for her!" - Jim Pellegrine, Owner
As a mentor to new caregivers, Ines makes sure they are prepared to provide quality care for all clients. She does this mentoring without hesitation as his primary focus is the care and comfort of all of our clients. Everyone in the main office love working with Ines, and cannot say enough good things about her.
Thank you, Ines, for all you do for our clients, for mentoring and helping caregivers and above all being a caring and compassionate person!
"Ines came to us fresh out of Home Health Aide school, very quiet, very shy, but we were immediately impressed with how much she has been a mentor to other caregivers. Her clients rave about her!" - Sandy Pellegrine, Owner
