Prior to joining Right at Home, Helen worked in Oncology as well as Clinical Research. Her favorite part of Right at Home Foxboro is working with the clients. She loves to do medication visits as well as work closely with hospice clients. Helen has a calm demeanor which is very reassuring to clients and families as well as caregivers.
On Helen’s days off, she can be found at her beach house, reading or knitting as well as volunteering with green initiatives.
Nicole Pellegrine, RN, BSN

Nicole worked in an Emergency Department of a local hospital as well as working for Right at Home. Most recently, she became a travel nurse and is currently working in Honolulu, Hawaii. In between assignments, Nicole will be back to Right at Home.
Kristin Egan, RN, BSN
Kristin is an RN, BSN who started with Right at Home in 2017. She currently splits her work time between Right at Home and Mass General Hospital, where she works in the Surgical ICU department. She has been at Mass General since 1994 and also has experience in the burn unit and pediatric ICU.
Kristin is a problem solver! She often goes above and beyond to ensure clients get whatever they need, whether that is more services, equipment or the families need more training to better care for their loved one. Kristin works closely with training caregivers and states the best part of her job is “working with the caregivers and finding their strengths and passions”. She is very involved in our “Dementia Live” program and has recently incorporated it into our caregiver orientation.
When Kristin isn’t working, she can be found at the beach or fishing, camping, or just experiencing new things with her husband and children.
Sandy Pellegrine, LPN
Sandy is one of the owners of Right at Home and has extensive caregiving experience. When her children were young, she operated a daycare out of her home. She then went on to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked for many years in a nursing home as well as a community hospital. She then went back to school and became a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Sandy loves to work with the caregivers to ensure they are comfortable in their abilities and provides any additional trainings they may need. Her top priority is making sure clients get the RightCare! This is done by making sure we have the Right People doing the Right Things, for the Right Reasons.
