Danielle Dyer - Owner/CEO

Danielle Dyer is the President and owner of Right at Home of Southwest Florida, a home health agency offering homemaker, companion and personal care services since 2003 throughout Lee and Collier counties. Danielle joined Right at Home in 2003 as a Caregiver.

She was one of their first employees and quickly gained responsibilities as Office Manager, Director of Marketing and as Vice President of the company since 2010. She became a partner in the business in 2015.

In addition to her responsibilities at Right at Home, Danielle is active as a volunteer for numerous senior related social services in southwest Florida. She is president of the Dr. Ella Piper Center for Social Services in Fort Myers, and is on the board of the Parkinson's Association of Southwest Florida.

She also sits on the Home Care Association of America Florida Committee, Social Chair on the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Committee, Chair Person of the 2016 Florida State Guardian Association State Conference, a member of the Southwest Florida Coalition for Optimal Behavioral Health and has served on the Southwest Florida Palliative Care Coalition and Lee Elder Abuse Prevention Coalition.

She is a volunteer for Lee Memorial Hospital as an instructor in the Powerful Tools for Caregivers program and is also a Master Trainer for that program. She also is a facilitator for the “It’s All About You” program—A Chronic Disease Self Management Course.

She was the proud recipient of the 2016 Lodestar Award for Professional of the Year, presented by the Collier County Leadership Coalition on Aging.

Danielle and her husband, Steve, reside in Estero with their furry children, a Papillion named Minnie and a Catahoula named Batty. When she is not volunteering, she loves interior decorating, going boating and hosting small gatherings with friends.

Stephen Dyer, Vice President

Stephen joined Right at Home in 2016, after helping remodel the inside of the building, relying on his previous experience for more than a decade as the owner and operator of a small construction company. After Hurricane Irma, he joined the office and was able to use his small business management experience to help the agency grow.

As Danielle’s husband for 10 years, Stephen would attend many conferences with Danielle to help setup and tear down. Through many conversations with Danielle, he grew to understand the importance of senior care, and he found a passion to be involved in something bigger than he was doing.

Stephen loves meeting and talking to people. He is a volunteer at the Dr. Piper Center of Fort Myers. His favorite part of each day is going room to room in the office to check in with staff and see how they are doing.

Stephen has a passion for music, working on vintage cars and motorcycles, wood and metal working and racquetball. He also enjoys boating, fishing and traveling.

Award Winning In-Home Care

To deliver outstanding home care to our clients, Right at Home Southwest Florida has partnered with Home Care Pulse, a respected home care research company, to conduct client and caregiver satisfaction surveys.

How Home Care Pulse Works

Home Care Pulse Trusted Provider logo

Each month, Home Care Pulse will randomly contact a percentage of our active clients and caregivers to ask them about their experiences with Right at Home. Information gathered from these surveys are shared with us and enables us to measure the quality of care we are providing. We use this information to improve the overall quality of care we provide and enhance the employment experience.

Through the RightPulse program, you can be assured your loved one is receiving the best care available. RightPulse is part of the way we provide the Right Care, Right at Home.
