Peggy Baker is the owner of Right At Home of Southwest Florida, a licensed home health agency providing services for seniors in Lee and Collier Counties.
Peggy moved from Columbus, Ohio to Southwest Florida in 2003. Peggy was not ready to retire and wanted to get into a business that she could go home at the end of the day and feel she had made a difference.
In May of 2003 she opened the Ft. Myers/Naples Right At Home office with a business partner who has since retired. In Ohio, she and her husband owned and operated a successful specialty automotive business for 22 years.
In addition to running the day to day operations of Right At Home, Peggy volunteers with senior related organizations in Lee and Collier counties, and is a member of the National Private Duty Association, Cooperative Associates Marketing Elderly Options (CAMEO) and the Inter-agency of Naples.
Danielle Dyer, Owner
Danielle Dyer is the President and owner of Right at Home of Southwest Florida, a home health agency offering homemaker, companion and personal care services since 2003 throughout Lee and Collier counties. Danielle joined Right at Home in 2003 as a Caregiver.
She was one of their first employees and quickly gained responsibilities as Office Manager, Director of Marketing and as Vice President of the company since 2010. She became a partner in the business in 2015.
In addition to her responsibilities at Right at Home, Danielle is active as a volunteer for numerous senior related social services in southwest Florida. She is president of the Dr. Ella Piper Center for Social Services in Fort Myers, on the board of the Parkinson's Association of Southwest Florida, and sits on the Home Care Association of America Florida Committee, Social Chair on the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Committee, Chair Person of the 2016 Florida State Guardian Association State Conference, a member of the Southwest Florida Coalition for Optimal Behavioral Health and has served on the Southwest Florida Palliative Care Coalition and Lee Elder Abuse Prevention Coalition.
She is a volunteer for Lee Memorial Hospital as an instructor in the Powerful Tools for Caregivers program and is also a Master Trainer for that program. She also is a facilitator for the “It’s All About You” program—A Chronic Disease Self Management Course.
She was the proud recipient of the 2016 Lodestar Award for Professional of the Year, presented by the Collier County Leadership Coalition on Aging.
Danielle and her husband, Steve, reside in Estero with their furry children, a Papillion named Minnie and a Catahoula named Batty. When she is not volunteering, she loves interior decorating, going boating and hosting small gatherings with friends.
Tammy Wilkinson, Director of Operations
Tammy has twenty five years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) working within home care. She is a certified geriatric care manager.
Tammy is part of CAMEO as well as Parkinson's Association. Her favorite part of working at Right at Home is talking to the clients.
"I love connecting with the elderly and their families. Working in home care allows me to get to know them and really make a difference!"
In her spare time she enjoys doing anything that involves the sun and the water.
Karen Loughrey, Director of Business Development
Karen Loughrey is an active Bonita Springs community with a talent for multitasking and a love for people. As a member of the Lee County Business Women, Collier County Alzheimer’s Walk Committee.
As Director of Business Development Karen spends time empowering and teaching individuals within the community. Being able to present powerful tools to the senior community that enrich and enable the lives of seniors is a daily part of Karen’s work at Right at Home.
Joyce Mraz, Community Liaison
Joyce Mraz is passionate about helping seniors. She has proven over and over again that she will always do what’s right for the people she is serving.
Having worked with an aging population Joyce has always maintained a desire to help and support seniors.
As Right at Home’s Community Liaison Joyce enjoys connecting with friends and family to let them know that their loved one is being cared for and is safe.
When she is not working for Right at Home Joyce enjoys laughing, shopping to get a good deal, spending time at the beach, have fun with her grandchildren.
Richard Watts, Community Liaison
Richard has a background that includes over 30 years in financial services and nine years experience in senior care. He has CNA training.
Richard's favorite part of working with Right at Home is being able to make a meaninful contribution to the community, helping seniors resolve problems.
In his spare time, Richard enjoys traveling, primarily cruising.
Suzanne Abercrombie, Community Liaison
Suzanne has previous experience as a healthcare administrator, marketing director and in publishing senior resource directories. She has an AHCA Core Training certificate.
She has been very active in the local senior community, including being the CAMEO founder, and a past board member of the Friendship Center. She has also been a part of the Dubin Alzheimer's Resource Center and the Southwest Florida Guardianship Association.
Suzanne says her favorite part of working for Right at Home is working with the seniors one on one to help solve their issues.
"With many years in senior housing, I believe at the end of the day... There is no place like home! If I can help to keep you safe and healthy, I feel that is the best quality of life for most."
Enrique Albertorio, Client Specialist
Enrique Albertorio joins the Right at Home Bonita Springs team with over seventeen years of diversified human services experience. Enrique gained his experience through a diverse background working with federal, state, county, non-profit, and private agencies.
Being able to assist individuals and families in the Bonita Springs community is Enrique’s favorite part about being a member of the Right at Home team. The services that Enrique and Right at Home provide together provides a valuable help to seniors and the community as a whole.
Enrique spreads the RightCare mission in his daily life and continues to share and grow the Right at Home mission: “To improve the quality of life for those we serve.” He shares the message online through many LinkedIn groups.
When Enrique isn’t in the office he enjoys spending time with his daughters being active, playing games, using their telescope, and reading.
Yhanna Brea, Office Manager
Yhanna is a valued member of the Right at Home team, adding energy to the office with smiles and helping others whenever she can.
Yhanna has cared for her elderly grandparents since she was ten and at the age of fifteen she took big step as a caregiver becoming a certified nursing assistant. Her experience as a caregiver and as a family caregiver keeps her in tune with what families are experiencing during difficult times finding care for their loved ones.
When she isn’t in the office Yhanna enjoys spending quality time with her family and volunteering for community events. She loves getting together and sharing memories and catching up with family.
Victoria Lopez, Scheduling Coordinator
Victoria is a CNA , and certified in CPR. She is bilingual and prides herself on her ability to communicate well in high stress situations.
Her favorite part of working with in home care is the opportunity to meet fascinating people who have caring hearts. She hopes to pursue additional nursing education.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and family.
Kathryn Schwarz, Scheduling Coordinator
Kathryn has a BS in Healthcare Administration. She was attracted to in home care because it provides assistance to a portion of the community that often feel forgotten. Her favorite part of the day is when a client calls to tell her how happy they are with their caregiver or with the Right at Home services in general.
In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys spending time with family.
Dale Barr, Administrative Assistant
Dale helps keep the office organized and running smoothly. Dale has been with Right at Home for six years, and has been a past “Employee of the Year”.
Dale enjoys participating in new caregiver orientation, meeting new caregivers and learning what led them to choose a career with home care.
In free time, Dale enjoys going to the beach, dancing, movies, and kayaking in various parks and trails. Dale also enjoys visiting family in Arizona, especially Sedona and Scottsdale.
