Ms. Jennifer Riggs

Jennifer really loves people. This shows in how often clients consider Jennifer a friend in addition to caregiver. Despite the closeness, Jennifer always remains professional and represents the company, not just herself. Jennifer always demonstrates compassion and patience, fitting into any clients team, no matter how difficult.

Client Impact

As noted above, Jennifer befriends clients, while still maintaining a role providing excellent service. Among the many, many compliments that we receive about Jennifer, clients and their families tell us that they "love" her. Recently, after a client passed away, Jennifer stayed with the family to assist and make sure they were okay.

Brand Ambassador

Jennifer always relays to clients that she is a Right at Home team member and praises her fellow team members. She always tell the office team how fortunate she feels to be a part of our company.

Team Spirit

Jennifer is a well liked teammate, leading by example and offering encouragement. She picks up last minute shifts whenever she can.

Professional Development

Jennifer was very surprised to learn about the educational and training opportunities that we make available. She has sunk her teeth in and avails herself of in-services and online training whenever available.


Ms. Jasmine Mason

Character

Jasmine is truly a sweet, kind hearted soul. It's impossible not to love her. She has a positive, can-do attitude and is always eager to please. She fills in on a moment's notice frequently and works very well with other caregivers. Jasmine rarely needs to ask questions, as she always seems to know how to do something or how to handle a situation.

Client Impact

Jasmine enjoys taking clients to the park, movies and other outings. She never has any issues with physically demanding clients, and always finds a way to excel. Jasmine is an A-Team caregiver for us, handling difficult clients. Recently a client, who was a physician and who had had a stroke, raved about Jasmine, saying, "Jasmine is a very unique and outstanding person."

Brand Ambassador

Jasmine takes last minute shifts, always gives plenty of notice when she needs time off her shifts. Most importantly, Jasmine has referred about half a dozen applicants to us.

Team Spirit

Jasmine is one of our best liked Care Team members. Her winning personality shines through at all times. She's a single mother, but never has any of the stereotypical drama that might accompany someone in her position. She is a professional and could give lessons on how to be a single parent and a model employee.

Professional Development

Jasmine never has to be reminded to complete her IPCED courses and is a frequent participant in the in-services we have at the office.


Mr. Kevin Haynes

Character

Kevin genuinely cares about the clients he serves, is very intuitive on what a client needs and makes a difference in the world of our clients and their families. Kevin handles difficult cases like a true professional. Kevin takes last minute cases even when he's coming off long shifts.

Client Impact

Kevin is a veteran himself and enjoys working with other veterans. He seems to have the perfect mindset to get through to clients, especially other veterans, so the clients understand the importance of the their own participation in recovery and day to day activities. Kevin does not take no for an answer in a very respectful, yet commanding manner. Clients' families have told us of dire prognoses given by physicians, which, in large part, due to Kevin's intervention have proven false. Kevin gets bedridden clients up and moving.

Brand Ambassador

Kevin works with other home care companies in order to make ends meet, but always is clear that our shifts take precedence because he feels that our commitment to our clients mirrors his own. The worst client evaluation about Kevin is that he is great.

Team Spirit

Just recently, after a twelve hour shift with a dying client, Kevin's relief call off an overnight. Without blinking, Kevin agreed to stay, quickly quelling the client's wife's distress. For Kevin, this is routine. His normal is above and beyond.

Professional Development

Kevin handles his required trainings without prompting. He's a frequent participant in our in house in-services as well.
