Being honored with the Home Care Pulse Employer of Choice for the third year in a row has been cause for much celebration for our agency. We are proud to have been in business for 15 years and blessed with the most compassionate care providers in all of St. Louis! It is a testament to their loyalty and commitment to being of service to others that they “go the extra mile” to develop meaningful relationships with our office staff. We are thrilled when they come into the office to see us and we can talk face to face with the people that deliver on our promise to “improve the quality of life for those we serve”. We are constantly reminded of the great work that they do for our clients and their families and we strive to make sure that they know how important each and every one is to us.

We know that it can be a difficult decision to allow caregivers to come into your home and take care of you or your loved ones, so we do everything we can do ensure that we have the most dependable and empathetic caregivers to help with your in home care needs.

Our caregivers are dedicated to providing the best possible care for our clients. We have an extensive selection process that ensures that our caregivers meet our high standards. Before they are employed with Right at Home, caregivers must go through reference checks, background clearance, personal interviews, and competency testing. After that, we make sure that each caregiver is insured and bonded before they take part in our comprehensive orientation process.
We also provide the Caregiver Education Retention and Training (CERT) program to provide ongoing, specialized training that will help our caregivers be effective in special care situations, including Alzheimer's and dementia, Parkinson's, medication management and compliance, osteoarthritis and mobility loss, hypertension/stroke recovery, diabetes, heart disease, post-surgery care and cancer recovery.
