We are looking to expand our professional office team with a qualified individual to coordinate client and employee scheduling needs in a responsive and thorough manner. In this role as a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be fully accountable for providing an outstanding service experience with all Right at Home employees, clients and their family members. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm.

Strong customer service skills are key to providing our in-home caregivers with the opportunity to deliver outstanding service to our clients. Good problem-solving skills, excellent customer service orientation, outstanding phone etiquette and willingness to learn is a must!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure caregivers and clients experience outstanding customer service with every interaction
- Identify best caregiver match for client team based on skills & tasks required
- Contact selected caregivers to communicate client care needs and gain acceptance of the assignment
- Communicate schedules to clients, caregivers and office team as needed
- Call clients and caregivers after the first shift to assess compatibility and ensure the best client-caregiver experience
- Answer caregiver phone inquiries and handle situations promptly and professionally
- Optimize scheduling efficiency by applying a systematic approach to filling hours without incurring overtime
- Maintain updated and current scheduling in software and generates accurate and complete documentation with respect to schedules, clients and caregivers
- Assist the on-call team after hours as a back-up
- Participate in company-wide caregiver engagement activities
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Customer Service Experience that includes solving complex problems and developing a strong, ongoing rapport with clients
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook & MS Office
- Associate Degree Preferred
- Staffing/Scheduling Experience Preferred
- Medical Background/Terminology Preferred
- Knowledge of Scheduling Software Preferred
