Who Are We?

My name is Spencer, and I am a Right at Home owner in the Temple/Killeen area. The company is new to the Temple area, and we need champion caregivers to really help make a difference in our community! We are a smaller team, looking to grow, and looking for Heroes (that’s you!) to help serve the needs of our community. We have a motto at Right at Home Temple – “Caregiving is a series of small acts that alter the course of someone’s life." We are here to make a difference in the quality of lives for our clients and enable our clients to stay in the comfort of their home, where they want to be, as they focus on living their lives. And we can’t do this without you. Our business would not be here without the love and compassion of our caregivers, and we make it a point to encourage them every single day.

Who Are You?

Every caregiver has their own way and flavor on how to best serve their clients, and we love that! We are constantly learning from you and are always impressed by the hearts and souls of a caregiver. Not all can be listed, but some responsibilities that you may typically see among our clients are:

• Assist clients with medication reminders
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with physical therapy exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients or family member
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report changes in condition
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

At the end of the day, we understand pay is an integral piece of the puzzle, and we offer a highly competitive pay rate. We are also a smaller company, and will be looking to hire Office Staff, Supervisors, and Lead Caregivers as we grow. This position will be a good opportunity to learn, grow, and perhaps move upward to those senior positions. Really important to many, We offer flexible hours and an abundance of rewards for our amazing caregivers!

Compensation — $10.00 to $12.00 per hour
