Janice LaPointe
Director of Operations
Hi, my name is Janice A. LaPointe and I have resided in Tolland County for over 30 years. I have over two decades of experience in the Acute Rehab and Long-Term Acute Rehab setting. In that time, I excelled in assessing functional abilities through activities of daily living, setting tailored goals for improved functionality, and meticulously executing care plans to facilitate patient’s return to home. I find joy in helping those individuals regain their autonomy within their communities.
I take pride in being a mother of two children and cherish this role immensely. As well, I am newly remarried to a loving and supportive husband. With a newly acquired real estate license in both Massachusetts and Connecticut I have had many opportunities to assist those looking to start a new chapter in their lives through buying or selling their homes. I am embarking on a fresh chapter as Director of Operations at Right at Home of Tolland.
I am excited to merge my compassion and expertise to positively impact the elder population to enable them to stay in their homes and age in place when possible. As someone who deeply values the comfort and well-being of our loved ones, I have a unique understanding of the importance of aging in place and providing quality services within the home.
My personal experience with my aging parents has fueled my passion for creating safe and nurturing environments that allow individuals to maintain their independence while receiving the support they need. I am committed to spreading awareness about the significance of assistive services and advocating for solutions that enhance the lives of seniors and their families
