Elizabeth Puga, staffing coordinator

Elizabeth Puga - Staffing Coordinator

Elizabeth joined our office in 2016 as our Staffing Coordinator, responsible for daily scheduling, HR support, overseeing our care staff, and providing support in other departments. Elizabeth’s main focus is to recruit and hire the best qualified caregivers to ensure services are provided professionally with compassion. Before joining RAH, Elizabeth was the Office Coordinator for a local Home Health agency for three years. Elizabeth enjoys walks on the pier at nightfall accompanied by her significant other Albert, watching movies and appreciates long car drives.

Cynthia Morgan

Cynthia Morgan - Care Coordinator

Cynthia has been working for Right at Home as a caregiver since 2014. Her promotion to Care Coordinator expands her responsibilities to include teaching and coaching our caregivers, working with families to determine care needs, and helping in the office as needed. Her caregiving experience includes clients with dementia, spinal cord injury, and frailty. Prior to caregiving, she worked as a receptionist in a doctor’s office, and is currently going to school to prepare to enter a nursing program. She enjoys walking her dog Nestle at the beach, working on her garden, movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Terry McBreen - Community Liasion

Terry McBreen - Community Liaison

Terry joined Right at Home in 2019 and is responsible for working with local senior care companies and individuals to educate them on the services provided by Right at Home. In this role she meets with social workers, discharge planners, nurses, and members of the community to discuss solutions to aging in place. She has lived in Ventura over 40 years and loves this vibrant city. Previously, she worked as the Membership Services Manager for the Ventura Chamber of Commerce, and as a realtor. Volunteering is an important part of her life, and she has participated in American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and the Gold Dust Gala for Community Memorial Hospital. She also served as the President of the Ventura chapter of the American Cancer Society (ACS).

While not working she likes to spend time with her family and especially her five grandchildren, all of whom she is lucky enough to live near and see often.
