Caring for Our Caregivers
At Right at Home Wake, our experienced team sees the daily impact dedicated caregivers make for adults who rely on in home care services to live life to the fullest on their own terms.
While the difference our caregivers make is priceless, we try in our own way to recognize and acknowledge their efforts via benefits and achievement incentives.

One of our caregivers, Fletcher, was recognized as the 2020 Southeast Caregiver of the Year. After a career in the armed forces then later with the postal service, Fletcher began working as a companion for our Durham-Chapel Hill, NC office. He took it upon himself to learn personal care skills and can now work with any client who he is assigned to.
