Signs Your Loved One May Need More Support

Below are a few common changes to aging. Monitor your loved one and seek guidance if you notice any changes that may suggest additional care or support is needed, such as:

  • Withdrawal from social interactions, especially if they were previously outgoing and active.
  • Behavior changes, like increased agitation, speaking loudly or not speaking at all.
  • Forgetfulness, such as mail that’s unopened, or dirty or scorched cookware in the sink.
  • Poor hygiene and/or nutrition.
