Training and Continuing Education for Care Staff
Our caregivers receive Hospice, Alzheimer’s, and transfer training. Our caregivers are required to complete an annual 5-hour state required training. We are always adding new topics for training and we also reach out to caregivers to see what type of training they would like.
Right at Home University
Right at Home University is an online system offering more than 500 nationally recognized certification and training programs along with state-specific training, approved continuing education and professional development opportunities. Through Right at Home University – caregivers are given training on issues that help them develop as better overall caregivers, as well as deal with very specific situations, including:

We support our caregivers in various ways. Caregivers can receive support at any time through our 24/7 hotline. We also have an office employee whose time is dedicated to supporting our caregivers in field. We offer our caregivers career development by sending them to paid professional training such as training offered by hospice and home health companies in the community.
