When considering in-home care for your aging loved ones, it can often feel like a never-ending, up-hill battle. Usually, families must comb through numerous agencies in their area hoping that they have made the best choice

Because of Home Care Pulse and other third-party research entities, families can quickly recognize outstanding care – especially when many agencies claim to have the best care without being able to prove it.

In order to conduct their research, Home Care Pulse interviewed 10% of our clients and 10% of our caregivers each month for a year. Many of the questions asked regarded the quality of our services, training, and care. In addition, all of those interviewed were asked about their likelihood to recommend Right at Home West Mobile to a friend. Because this research was conducted independent of the Right at Home franchise, those considering care for a loved one can be certain that the results of Home Care Pulse’s research is accurate.

For Right at Home West Mobile to receive this award, we had to consistently rank in the top 10% as both a Provider and Employer of choice with Home Care Pulse. Top-scoring providers, such as Right at Home West Mobile, who ranked in the top 10% for twelve consecutive months while also receiving the Best of Home Care® - Provider of Choice award and the Best of Home Care® - Employer of Choice award within that time frame were eligible to receive the Best of Home Care® - Leader in Excellence award.

Together, our office staff and caregivers work with each of our clients and their family members to develop a specific care plan that will work best for the individual needs of that client. Our clients also can add or remove tasks and services from their care plan based on changing individual ability and necessity. We encourage clients to update and customize their care plan because we always want their needs properly met.

In order to ensure the highest-quality of care for each of our clients, we require that each of our caregivers and office staff members are carefully and thoroughly screened, insured, and bonded. We also require our caregivers to participate in annual training and encourage completion of Dementia Education and Training Act (DETA) training.

In our main office, each of our staff members has acted as a main caregiver for either a parent, grandparent, child, or significant other. We pride ourselves in the ability of our office staff to empathize and understand the needs of our clients while also understanding the work requirements for our caregivers.
