We know everyone’s needs are different, so our care plans are uniquely tailored to each individual. Whether it’s helping with dressing and hygiene, providing medication reminders, or simply providing transportation to medical appointments, Right at Home’s dedicated caregivers will help you or your loved one navigate life.
Right at Home’s trusted and reliable caregivers are trained to assist with all types of needs and to deliver an exceptional care experience in a variety of settings: at home, in an independent or assisted living community, or elsewhere.
Providing Quality Home Care Services
Realizing that you or a family member needs help with daily tasks like medication reminders, meal preparation and grooming can be overwhelming. Our caregiving services can help you or your loved one enjoy life in the comfort of a familiar environment – home.

What We Can Do for You
Companion Care
Everyone needs companionship. If that’s someone to help with household chores, getting from one place to another or even just putting a puzzle together, Right at Home’s caregivers help keep your loved one engaged and active in life.
Personal Care
A daily routine can be one of the strongest reminders of what makes home feel like home. When those day-to-day tasks get harder, they can also be one of the first things to slip. Right at Home’s caregivers are there to help keep everything on track.

Specialty Care
Right at Home’s caregivers are trained to help with a number of specialized services for chronic, and often demanding, medical conditions like Alzheimer’s, diabetes and Parkinson’s. We also offer hospice support.
Live-In Care Services
Right at Home West Palm Beach offers live-in home care services. One of our certified caregivers will live with your loved one(s) in their home. Our live-in caregiver needs to be provided with their own space within the home and will live there for 3 to 4 days at a time, alternating with a second caregiver. While living in the home, the caregiver will tend to the needs of the client(s) and help them with their daily routines. The routines may include companion services such as light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping and other necessary tasks. The caregiver will also be able to provide assistance with personal care such as bathing, getting dressed, medication reminders and fall prevention.
You and your loved ones will have a peace of mind knowing that our live-in caregiver is always there to respond to your loved one’s needs. Live-in home care is ideal for seniors who have recently returned home from the hospital or rehabilitation, those who have lost a spouse, or those that may be struggling with physical limitations or dementia..

Proudly Caring for Veterans

Right at Home West Palm Beach proudly cares for veterans who have served our nation.
Our Right at Home West Palm Team works closely with the case managers and social workers at the VA West Palm Beach Hospital to ensure our veterans receive quality care. Whether a veteran lives alone, with a spouse, or a roommate, we understand the benefit of getting some assistance around the home or with activities of daily living.
Right at Home West Palm Beach also offers services through Veterans Aid and Attendance Benefit. Aid and Attendance is a benefit paid in addition to monthly pension that may already be received. You can learn more about this benefit by calling our office at (561) 494-6511 or contacting The Veteran Services at the Palm Beach County Services at (561) 694-7450 or (561) 996-1630.
Our Process
When you and your loved ones envisioned life at home, you may have dreamt about raising a family, having a pet, enjoying backyard activities and retiring there. But you might not have taken in-home care into consideration. And that’s okay. Not many people do. Sometimes you have to redefine what living at home looks like.
We’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many clients, assisting with all types of care, providing advice on home modification, teaching the latest technologies and more. Our unique five-step process is designed to get you just the care you need and the right person to help.
