Paul Lallanilla - Owner
There are many reasons people get involved with owning their own business. Paul's desire was to serve others, and serve with dedication. Paul's desires meshed with Right at Home's purpose "to improve the quality of life for those they serve." That combination started in 2009, and Paul remains just as dedicated to the quality care and service to his people today.
The interaction with the individuals, and the families that Right at Home serves remains as one of Paul's greatest passions as he seeks to find a custom care plan that can provide the best care.
His dedication to quality care is a holistic approach. Paul received his B.A. from the University of Florida, and continued his education to receive his Masters in Public Health from the University of South Florida. He continues to stay involved with organizations like the Pasco Aging Network and the Community Service Council of West Pasco to better serve the community. Paul has been a certified trainer by the Department of Elder Affairs for Alzheimer's Disease since 2015.
Paul takes pride in the strong communication the Right at Home office in West Pasco and North Pinellas builds with the people they serve, caring and communicating as if it were their own families. While he enjoys the care his office provides he loves spending time with his wife and son enjoying the outdoors.
Brittany Roxberry - Registered Nurse
Ms. Roxberry joined the Right at Home team in July 2019 and has over three years of bedside nursing and nurse management experience. Her kind and compassionate nature urged her to seek ways to help others outside of the traditional hospital setting. Caring for others is a passion of hers.
As the Nursing Supervisor, Brittany fosters an environment of growth and development with the Right at Home care team. Her primary focus is to ensure that the national patient quality standards are met and exceeded.
Brittany earned her Associates in Nursing at Pasco Hernando State College. She is a nationally certified Medical-Surgical Nurse and a certified CPR instructor.
When not caring for patients, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and taking care of her many farm animals.
Brianna Shinn - Administrator
Ms. Shinn joined Right at Home in 2014. This was an active pursuit to gain a deeper understanding of the knowledge that the elderly has to offer. Their stories and history are extremely inspiring to Brianna. Brianna grew up being taken care of by her grandparents for most of her life, which has fueled the passion she has for the home health care field.
Brianna feels that Right at Home has offered her so many doors to meet wonderful people and to hear their experiences. Brianna strives to continue to receive insight from others that she works alongside with to further her education on the elderly.
Her path into the home health care field started when she graduated high school with her Certified Nursing Assistant license that she received from Marchman Technical College. Right at Home was Brianna’s first job in the medical field, along with her later on working at an assisted living facility. Brianna continued her schooling at Pasco Hernando State College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree as a Radiology Technician.
Brianna’s ambition is to leave a mark on those she has served as they have left their mark on her. Building the compassion and understanding for other is something she has learned along this road. When it comes to free time for Brianna, she enjoys taking her two dogs to the Weeki Wachee River. They love to ride on the boat and swim in the fresh water.

Jessica Chaffer - HR Associate
Ms. Chaffer joined Right at Home in 2018. She has always had a passion for helping others, but truly fell in love with my work as a caregiver. Jessica began working for Right at Home while her husband was still serving in the Army and deployed to Iraq. Jessica gained a lot of experience from her time working for Right at Home, nursing homes and in the hospitality industry. Her passion for people continued to grow; but there was nothing quite like the one-on-one experience received while working for Right at Home. After moving back to the area for good, she found her niche – home care is what she loved the most. As a Care Coordinator, Jessica assists to staff clients with the correct fit in a caregiver to provide the best and most appropriate care for their individual care needs. Speaking with potential clients and families who are looking for assistance to understand their needs.
Jessica currently licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, going to the gym, playing sports, and caring for her fur babies.
Jennifer Saathoff - Care Coordinator
Ms. Saathoff has recently joined the Right at Home team after relocating from the Midwest. Jennifer is eager to challenge her extensive background in healthcare and grow within our company, as our newest Care Coordinator. As a child, Jennifer enjoyed spending her free time with her grandparents, who took ‘respecting your elders’ very seriously. Over the years, her love for caring for others, grew after feeling helpless as her grandparents declined throughout her childhood. As Jennifer started high school; she had a good idea of what she wanted to do with her life. As her junior year crept up, she took advantage of her High School’s CNA program and that was the foundation that grew her love and willingness to provide exceptional and meaningful care to our communities. Over the years, Ms. Saathoff has worked in various settings, in healthcare that have truly refined her nursing skills. No matter the type of care she is providing, Jennifer finds purpose and joy in being able to help others in their most vulnerable and provide them with the upmost dignity, respect, and grace. Ms. Saathoff looks forward to being able to educate, inspire and help engage others to bring outstanding care to each individual home in her position.
Stephanie Hahn - Care Coordinator
Ms. Hahn joined our team in 2023. She graduated high school in 2007 and continued her education by attending Brookstone College of Business in Charlotte, NC, graduating in 2011. Stephanie studied Pharmacy initially but through her experience working in a pharmacy setting, she began to grow a strong soft spot for the elderly.
Over the next few years her grandmother grew very ill. Over about a year's time, she and her mother worked diligently side by side caring for her grandmother. It was then she realized she was very good at this! She flourished by making sure her loved ones' comfort and safety was taken care of. She wanted to help more!
After moving to Florida and learning about Right At Home she knew this was the perfect fit for her as a Care Coordinator. By learning the needs and wants of our clients she can make sure they receive care from someone who would be a great fit for them. Ensuring that same compassion, comfortably and safety, as she once did for her loved one.
Stephanie's free time consists of home DIY projects and going to see a movie with her family.
