There are many reasons people get involved with owning their own business. Paul's desire was to serve others, and serve with dedication. Paul's desires meshed with Right at Home's purpose "to improve the quality of life for those they serve." That combination started over five years ago, and Paul remains just as dedicated to the quality care and service to his people today.
The interaction with the individuals, and the families that Right at Home serves remains as one of Paul's greatest passions as he seeks to find a custom care plan that can provide the best care.
His dedication to quality care is a holistic approach. Paul received his B.A. from the University of Florida, and continued his education to receive his Masters in Public Health from the University of South Florida. He continues to stay involved with organizations like the Pasco Aging Network and the Community Service Council of West Pasco to better serve the community. Most recently Paul has become a certified trainer by the Department of Elder Affairs for Alzheimer's Disease.
Paul takes pride in the strong communication the Right at Home office in West Pasco and North Pinellas builds with the people they serve, caring and communicating as if it were their own families. While he enjoys the care his office provides he loves spending time with his wife and son enjoying the outdoors.
Michelle Curry - Executive Director
Michelle Curry - Executive Director
Ms. Curry joined Right at Home in 2018 and brings more than 10 years of management and leadership experience. While spending the majority of her professional career in the banking industry, she recognized the need to be in a field which would allow her to focus on the organization’s most valuable resource: it’s employees.
As Executive Director, Michelle fosters a culture of progressive innovation by leading all human resources functions including recruitment, talent management, leadership development, organizational design, training, and retention. Developing quality caregivers and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction is of utmost importance to Right at Home.
Michelle attended St. Petersburg State College. She holds an Associate’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Management & Organizational Leadership. Michelle is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration via Purdue University and holds certification as a Home Health Aide. She is also certified as an Accredited Payables Manager thru the Institute of Finance & Management.
Michelle strives to create an environment of open communication between the Administrative staff and Care Team. She understands the importance of employee engagement and how it correlates to the care of the Right at Home clients. When an employee feels value within their role, they will flourish. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys.
Asia Babcock - Nursing Supervisor
Asia Babcock - Nursing Supervisor
Ms. Babcock joined Right at Home in 2015 as a caregiver and brings with her a plethora of healthcare experience. As the Nursing Supervisor, Asia prides herself on teaching the Right at Home caregivers from her first-hand experience.
Nursing was more of a calling to Asia as she strives to help others in their most vulnerable times. Being there for the client to improve their lives while they heal is a personal mission, which leads her to Right at Home.
Joining a company that holds the same values was a step in allowing her to realize her passion for, not only providing care, but teaching how to deliver proper care to our clients in a professional, yet caring and compassionate manner. Asia believes in caring for a person’s mind, body, and soul and focuses on training tangible skills and cultivating a positive client/caregiver experience.
Asia attended Genesse Community College in Batavia, New York. She holds an Associate’s degree in Nursing.
Asia finds solace in caring for others and firmly holds the value that she was born to care for others. From being the oldest child caring for her siblings to becoming a mother, and then a grandmother, and the array of people she has cared for her in her professional career, caring for others in their time of need is her passion. She is a people person and enjoys cultivating relationships with people from all walks of life. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Heather Magee - Care Coordinator
Heather Magee, Care Coordinator
Ms. Magee entered the healthcare field because of opportunities it has to offer, as well as her ambition to help those in need. Health care is where Heather wants to build her career, and Right at Home has given her the perfect opportunity to gain more knowledge and insight in the healthcare field and how it works. She enjoys being a Care Coordinator and making sure her clients receive the best care possible and building that one on one relationship. All client experiences are special to her. The most rewarding part of her role is hearing how much she has helped improve the quality of life for those we serve. Heather takes pride in knowing that our caregivers come to work with a smile on their faces.
Heather has been involved in different avenues of working in healthcare for over the past 10 years. She has worked both privately and through other companies in home health as well as being employed for 2 years at Grand villa assisted living in New port Richey where she was also Director of housekeeping before working for Right at Home as a caregiver. Heather was presented the opportunity to further her employment at Right at Home by transitioning into the office to learn to staff and to eventually become a care coordinator. Heather plans to continue her education in the healthcare field and to see where it takes her.
Heather is dedicated to making sure everyone gets the care they need and furthering her knowledge in the healthcare field. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her children and family.
Brianna Shinn - Operations Supervisor
Brianna Shinn, Operations Supervisor
Ms. Shinn joined Right at Home in 2014. This was an active pursuit to gain a deeper understanding of the knowledge that the elderly has to offer. Their stories and history are extremely inspiring to Brianna. Brianna grew up being taken care of by her grandparents for most of her life, which has fueled the passion she has for the home health care field.
Brianna feels that Right at Home has offered her so many doors to meet wonderful people and to hear their experiences. Brianna strives to continue to receive insight from others that she works alongside with to further her education on the elderly.
Her path into the home health care field started when she graduated high school with her Certified Nursing Assistant license that she received from Marchman Technical College. Right at Home was Brianna’s first job in the medical field, along with her later on working at an assisted living facility. Brianna continued her schooling at Pasco Hernando State College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree as a Radiology Technician.
Brianna’s ambition is to leave a mark on those she has served as they have left their mark on her. Building the compassion and understanding for other is something she has learned along this road. When it comes to free time for Brianna, she enjoys taking her two dogs to the Weeki Wachee River. They love to ride on the boat and swim in the fresh water.
Stephanie Bouchard - Human Resources Associate
Stephanie Bouchard, Human Resources Associate
Ms. Bouchard entered the healthcare field because of opportunities it has to offer, as well as her ambition to help those in need. Health care is where Stephanie wants to build her career, and Right at Home has given her the perfect opportunity to gain more knowledge and insight in the healthcare field and how it works. Stephanie has experienced tremendous growth within her time at Right at Home; she started as a member of our care team, served in the capacity as Care Coordinator for more than one year, and now serves as our Human Resources Associate. Stephanie takes pride in knowing that our caregivers come to work with a smile on their faces. The most rewarding part of her role is to hear how much she has helped improve the quality of life for those we serve.
Stephanie earned her CNA license right after graduating High School through Marchman Technical College. She worked at Bear Creek Nursing Center for two years before working for Right at Home as a caregiver. Stephanie plans to continue her education in the healthcare field and to see where it takes her.

Shannon Houghton - Care Coordinator

Ms. Houghton joined Right at Home in 2015 as a caregiver. Shannon has always had a passion for helping others and fell in love with the aspect of providing one-on-one care to the elderly community. As a Care Coordinator, Shannon assists to staff clients with the correct fit in a caregiver to provide the best and most appropriate care for their individual care needs. Speaking with potential clients and families who are looking for assistance to truly understand their needs.
Shannon attended Pasco Hernando State College. She is currently licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Shannon is the newest addition to the Administration Team; working as a Care Coordinator, she enjoys being part of a team, helping caregivers, and interacting with clients. Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her two dogs.
Reid Morrison - Community Relations
Reid Morrison, Community Relations
Mr. Morrison joined Right at Home in 2017. Reid brought with him over 12 years of Sales and Marketing experience. Industries ranging from the Publishing world to Professional Information to Transportation. Reid found a home when he started working with the Senior Community. He has worked at several Assisted Living Communities, which lends valuable insight to his position with Right at Home. Reid feels that meeting with clients and helping them find the right care is immensely satisfying and rewarding.
Reid is active within the community he serves. He is a member of the Pasco Aging Network (PAN), the Community Service Council and frequently attends the Trinity Area Marketing Meeting. Most recently, Reid has been selected as a Guardian with Honor Flight of West Central Florida. As a Guardian, Reid will accompany a Veteran to Washington D.C. to visit and reflect at the memorials dedicated to their honor.
Reid has been married for nearly 45 years! He and his wife, Wendy, have two beautiful daughters and two grandchildren. When he is not working, he enjoys walking, swimming, and a good bike ride. He and his wife find cruises to be a great getaway and have been on 25 with various cruise lines.
