Get to Know Our Owner
Right at Home Weston owner, Miriam has called Pembroke Pines, Florida home for nearly 20 years, dedicating the past decade to working as a financial advisor. As an advisor, she helped people struggling to plan for their future, organize their finances and plan for retirement in South Florida.
When Miriam and her husband were planning out the next steps in their respective careers, opening their own business offered the opportunity to use their career experience, gain better flexibility, and be their own bosses. The couple decided to invest in a home care franchise, finding Right at Home to be a perfect fit.
Her passion for the homecare sector began after a difficult experience of finding good, affordable care for her own mother, who needed in-home assistance. Through this experience, she’s recognized the importance of planning for the aging process and finding reliable, flexible in-home care for loved ones.
Miriam placed her trust in Right at Home because the franchise incorporates the importance of financial planning, while being an affordable model for those looking for an alternative to retirement facilities/communities.
Miriam sees a need for trusted in-home care in her hometown of Pembroke Pines and the surrounding areas of Weston, Southwest Ranches, and Miramar. Her goal is to use her financial background to be a valued resource for senior care.
Miriam is currently building an outstanding, trusted team of care-givers to serve the community. She plans to expand services to fulfill the need in her community for more in-home care options with Right at Home.

I'm a South Florida native with a passion for healthcare from a young age. With a background as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist, I've always been drawn to making a difference in people's lives. While I've had the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across Broward County, my journey with Right at Home Weston has been truly fulfilling. Here, I've found a supportive environment that allows me to grow both personally and professionally.
Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, and I'm grateful for the chance to work closely with clients, their families, and our dedicated team of caregivers.
